The season began well for the Brothers Associates Phillies with a 8-1 win over the Keller Maintenance Braves on a sunny, but chilly day at Kennedy Memorial Park. The Braves were paced by a very strong pitching performance by Sam Fiske who allowed no hits, no runs and struck out 10 in 4 innings of work. The Twins notched a playoff win against the Dodgers with a 7-4 victory. Jake Campbell picked up the win by going 4 innings and striking out 8 with Grady Brockway then finishing out the game in relief. Nathan Graber-Lipperman paced the offense with 2 RBI on a clutch hit. The Twins success in the win was due in large part to aggressive base running (notably by Robert Seecharran) and excellent bunts for hits and to move runners over by Will Fowler, Jake Campbell and Andy Moise. In an unbelievably hard-fought game, the Twins pulled out a 4-3 win over the Pirates by scoring 2 runs in the bottom of the 6th to pull out a big comeback victory. The Twins were paced by their timely hitting, led by Miles McCarthy-Reynolds (2 hits) and Grady Brockway (2 hits, 1 RBI and a triple) and contributions of 1 hit a piece from Patrick O'Keefe, Nathan Graber-Lipperman (who scored the winning run), D.H. Hope you have had a great Memorial Day weekend! We are looking for a big showing at the parade this morning and all games are on following the parade as scheduled.
NOTE: WHLL Fields are under heavy construction as the Miracle League Field, playground, Field 2 bullpens and paving are being completed. PLEASE BE CAREFUL and mindful of hazards.

WHLL's primary fields are located at our WHLL Baseball Complex at Trout Brook Dr. and Asylum Ave. All field dimensions are regulation 200' from home plate to outfield fence.
