U11 Districts: WH Wahoos 14 Hartford Rago/Peters 0

Majors: Herb's Angels 4 Data Mail Orioles 2

The Herb's Angels came from behind scoring 3 runs in the top of the 6th for a 4-2 win over the Data Mail Orioles in a well played exciting game at Norfeldt Field.  With the Orioles leading 2-1 going into the 6th, Michael Bienasz reached on an error to start the inning for the Angels.  Jeff LaRosa (1-3) followed with a single and Adam Giroux reached on an error to load the bases.  Andrew Arnheiter walked to drive in the tying run and Will Dickinson reached on a fielder's choice as the Orioles…See More

Majors: Herb's Angels 20 Murtha Cullina LLP Marlins 9

Majors: Herb's Angels 12 Kimberly Clark Pirates 4

Majors: Herb's Angels 6 Feigenbaum & Nair Cardinals 4

Majors: Herb's Angels 18 Data Mail Orioles 17

WHLL Tournament: WHLL Wahoos 9 Wethersfield American 3

The Wahoos bounced back from Saturday's loss with a convincing 9-3 win over a very good Wethersfield American team who had previously beaten them in district play.This game was all about the Kitz. Joe Kitz made his summer debut on the mound with the coaches hoping to get 2 good innings out of him. What they got was 5 IP, 3 runs, 5 hits, 2 BBs and 4 K's. Majors: Herb's Angels 4 New Britain Rock Cats Twins 2

The Angels survived and advanced to the semifinals with a hard fought 4-2 win over the Twins.  Jake LaRosa pitched the best game of his career going 5 2/3 innings, 2 runs, 1 hit, 2 bb's and 11 K's.  The only hit off Jake was a long home run off the bat of Declan Chill in the 3rd inning.

Majors: Herb's Angels 9 New Britain Rock Cats 7

The Herb's Angels pulled out a 9-7 win over the New Britain Rock Cats Twins despite a grand slam home run by the Twins' Miles McCarthy-Reynolds in the regular season finale.  The Angels' offense was led by Sean Keating (1-3, 1 run, 3 rbi triple), Nick Levere (3-3, 2 runs), Chase Meyers (1-3, 1 run), and Will Dickinson (2-3, 1 run).  Pitchers Oliver Anderson, Adam Giroux, Michael Bienasz, Nick Levere and Jake LaRosa all threw well on the mound.

Hope you have had a great Memorial Day weekend! We are looking for a big showing at the parade this morning and all games are on following the parade as scheduled.

NOTE:  WHLL Fields are under heavy construction as the Miracle League Field, playground, Field 2 bullpens and paving are being completed.  PLEASE BE CAREFUL and mindful of hazards.

WHLL's primary fields are located at our WHLL Baseball Complex at Trout Brook Dr. and Asylum Ave. All field dimensions are regulation 200' from home plate to outfield fence.
