The West Hartford Wahoos U11 team shut out Hartford Rago/Peters 14-0 to kick off their district play. The Wahoos banged out 12 hits, the big blow a grand slam by Patrick O'Keefe (2-3, 2 runs, 4 rbi's) in the 4th inning. Jeff LaRosa (2-3, double, 3 runs, rbi) and Joe Kitz (2-4, 1 run, rbi) each had two hits while Miles McCarthy-Reynolds, Grady Brockway, Joe Morrisey, Michael Mack, Spencer Altman and Burke Martindale each added hits on the night. The Angels survived and advanced to the semifinals with a hard fought 4-2 win over the Twins. Jake LaRosa pitched the best game of his career going 5 2/3 innings, 2 runs, 1 hit, 2 bb's and 11 K's. The only hit off Jake was a long home run off the bat of Declan Chill in the 3rd inning.

The Herb's Angels pulled out a 9-7 win over the New Britain Rock Cats Twins despite a grand slam home run by the Twins' Miles McCarthy-Reynolds in the regular season finale. The Angels' offense was led by Sean Keating (1-3, 1 run, 3 rbi triple), Nick Levere (3-3, 2 runs), Chase Meyers (1-3, 1 run), and Will Dickinson (2-3, 1 run). Pitchers Oliver Anderson, Adam Giroux, Michael Bienasz, Nick Levere and Jake LaRosa all threw well on the mound.

In a battle for first place in the WHLL Majors division, the Angels pulled out a 7 inning 5-4 win over the A's to take over sole possession of first place. With two outs in the top of the 7th, Andrew Arnheiter (1-4, 1 run) singled to start the winning rally. Jeff LaRosa (2-2, double, 3 runs scored) doubled to put runners on 2nd and 3rd.
