WHLL Division Assignments

Your child’s “league age” will be determined by their actual age as of April 30, 2012.  This date is set by Little League International.

4 and 5 year old players will be assigned to the Rookie Division.

6 and 7 year old players will be assigned to the Instructional Division.

All players league age 8 - 12 must attend our group practice in early March (date to be determined).

Players will be assigned to the appropriate division based on their abilities.  Our league goal is to place each child in the division that will afford them the most meaningful opportunity to play and have the best experience. 
 

8 year old players will be assigned to the Minor Division.

9 year old players may be assigned to either the Minor Division or the AAA Division.

10 year old players may be assigned to the Minor Division, the AAA Division or the Major Division.

11 year old players may be assigned to the AAA Division or the Major Division.

12 year old players will be assigned to the Major Division.
