2011 Cookie Dough Fundraiser

By now you have started practicing and getting ready to play your first game on May 1^st. You also should have received from your coach the annual Cookie Dough Order form.  Our biggest fundraiser of the season!!!
 

The goal for 2011 is for every ballplayer to sell at least 10 boxes of cookie dough. The Cookie Dough Fundraiser has been an excellent form of revenue for the league. We have been able to purchase new uniforms, build a press box/announcers booth and a new concession stand at UCONN.

The money this year will go partially to the construction of a world class challenger baseball field plus other important and much needed WHLL amenities at the UCONN complex!  Below you will find the prizes for the highest sellers and everyone who reaches the goal of 10 boxes will get the opportunity to win $100 from the bag of dough. 

We do take contributions in lieu of not buying cookie dough.  All checks need to be made out to West Hartford Little League. Contributions will also be used when we tally winners.  Parents please tally the orders at the bottom of the order form and coaches please check the math. This will make the ordering of the cookie dough easier and will also ensure the accuracy of the order

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT EVERYONE PLEASE FILL OUT THE TOP OF THE ORDER FORM WITH BASEBALL TEAM NAME AND PLAYER NAME

-  For every 5 boxes sold above the minimum, win a chance to GRAB SOME CASH from the BAG OF CASH, filled with $50’s $20’s $10’s $5’s and $1’s Over $700 in cash!!!!!! 10 boxes is the minimum to qualify- Rookie’s the minimum is 7.

-  One hundred dollar grand prize!!!

Top Selling Family - Combine sales from your family and win:

Top Selling Player (age 8+)

- Baseball Party at the Rock Cats - 1^st place teams   (minimum of 120 boxes  per team)

- Pizza Party - 2^nd  3^rd & 4^th place teams

COOKIE DOUGH TIMELINE  

March 26 – Handout Fundraiser Forms to Coaches.  Coaches start to hand out forms to players at first practice

June 4th - Coaches to collect forms (final collection!!!!)

June 16 - Cookie Dough is delivered at UConn Parking Lot
