Fair Ball!
cancellations
Will the website post cancellations of games. The weather forcast for today's games Tuesday 5/18 is all over the place. I hear from on and off showers to rain starting late afternoon and going through Wednesday morning. I have also parents from my daughter's instructional team also asking and I want to know where to check. Please someone let me know so I can pass the word on.

The town typically does not make a decision on closing the fields until 3:00PM. You can check on the town's leasure line which is 523-3111, then 10, then 14. Once we hear from the town, if they do not close the fields, we will make a decision as a league and post on the website. We will also post if the town does close the fields. We will typically only post if we are cancelling games and try to do this as early as we can. Idealy we would like to try to get all the games in if possible because make ups are very difficult. Last Wednesday we had this same dilema and it ended up being a very nice evening for baseball. We'll hope for the best.

Which is just what happened at KP today. Lightning at 5:30pm tonight made today;s Instructional game unlikely.As I write this the weather is improving...

FIELD STATUS

Hope you have had a great Memorial Day weekend! We are looking for a big showing at the parade this morning and all games are on following the parade as scheduled.
NOTE: WHLL Fields are under heavy construction as the Miracle League Field, playground, Field 2 bullpens and paving are being completed. PLEASE BE CAREFUL and mindful of hazards.

WHLL's primary fields are located at our WHLL Baseball Complex at Trout Brook Dr. and Asylum Ave. All field dimensions are regulation 200' from home plate to outfield fence.
